HiFyve is hiring a Maintenance & Calibration Coordinator in the Manufacturing industry in Eagan, MN!

Salary: $55-70K/yr

Shift: 1st M-F 7a-3p

Location: Eagan, MN

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Coordinate all corrective maintenance, preventive maintenance, and calibration activities on-site.
• Execute and improve preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance programs.
• Work with Subject Matter Experts to write and update maintenance procedures.
• Manage and schedule external calibration vendors to ensure timely calibrations.
• Maintain and enhance the site-wide calibration program.
• Create and update SOPs; provide training as needed.
• Ensure all maintenance and calibration tasks comply with FDA regulations, cGMP, and internal quality standards.
• Support quality assurance initiatives, including audits and CAPA implementation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with QA, QC, and Production departments.

Education and Experience Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical and/or personal care industry.
• At least 2 years coordinating maintenance and calibration programs.
• Strong knowledge of cGMP, FDA regulations, and OTC compliance standards.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher) is a plus.

• Working knowledge of best practices in maintenance and calibration within regulated environments.
• Strong technical, quality, and regulatory expertise.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to lead projects and work cross-functionally at all levels.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; detailed record keeping and documentation skills.
• High level of organization, critical thinking, and problem-solving.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
