HiFyve is hiring a Night Shift Electrician/Electrical Maintenance Technician in St. James, MO!

Salary: $23-$36 hourly

Shift: 7pm-7am

2-2-3 Schedule

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, test, troubleshoot, and repair electrical equipment, electronic systems, and instrumentation controls.
• Operate and monitor process control machinery used in the production of pulp and other materials.
• Troubleshoot and solve mechanical issues (a plus).
• Perform preventive maintenance and ensure proper documentation in the CMMS system.
• Install, examine, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, and other electrical components in line with electrical codes.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, ladder logic, and mechanical drawings.
• Adhere to safety and housekeeping procedures during all maintenance activities.
• Train or assist in the training of new team members.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of industrial electrical maintenance experience.
• Formal training in specialized areas (e.g., pneumatics, hydraulics, PLCs, instrumentation).
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes and the ability to learn and interpret schematics.
• Experience with mechanical systems and equipment is beneficial.
