Growing sheet metal manufacturer seeking a Plant Maintenance Specialist to handle day to day

maintenance responsibilities of equipment and facilities. Candidate should have strong organizational

and time management skills. Candidate should be able to communicate with a variety of people

including machine operators, outside maintenance technicians, department supervisors and company

management.

Responsibilities:

 Must have working knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems of manufacturing

equipment as well as facilities systems.

 Schedule and assist service engineers from various equipment manufactures with preventative

maintenance as well as break down situations.

 Maintain inventory of spare parts for equipment in order to minimize down time situations.

 Frequently inspect equipment and facilities to proactively detect potential problems and

recommend the necessary repair or replacement.

 Be able to lift 75 pounds.

Hours / Compensation

Normal work hours are 6:30 am – 3:30 pm Monday – Friday. Additional hours may be required on a

case-by-case basis if a machine is down. This is a salaried position with an expected range of 50K-70K per

year based on experience.
