Salary: $100k-$125k + bonus

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily processing operations within the dairy plant, ensuring compliance with production schedules, safety standards, and quality control.
Lead and mentor a team of operators, technicians and supervisors, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
Monitor equipment performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate necessary maintenance to minimize downtime.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including USDA, FDA, and other relevant food safety standards.
Maintain detailed production records, including inventory, output levels, and quality reports.
Collaborate with quality assurance teams to maintain and improve product quality standards.
Implement and oversee sanitation programs, ensuring that all equipment and facilities are cleaned and maintained to industry standards.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes, reduce waste, and increase overall efficiency.
Ensure the proper handling, storage, and documentation of raw materials and finished products.
Coordinate with other departments (e.g., maintenance, logistics, quality) to ensure seamless production flow.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a supervisory role within dairy processing or a closely related field.
Strong understanding of dairy production processes, equipment, and quality control procedures.
Familiarity with industry regulations, including HACCP, GMP, and SQF standards.
Ability to lead, manage, and develop a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve production issues efficiently.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with a focus on attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
Proficient in using production management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Minimum of 3-5 years of leadership experience in dairy processing or related industry
