Our client is seeking a driven and experienced Temperature Control Rental Sales Representative to cover the Charlotte, NC territory. This is a high-earning opportunity with a strong base salary and uncapped commission potential.

What You'll Do:

• Develop and grow a customer base for temperature control equipment rental, including chillers, air conditioners, heaters, dehumidifiers, and generator packages
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, with a focus on industrial, commercial, and construction customers
• Conduct site visits and coordinate equipment delivery and setup with operations teams
• Meet and exceed monthly and annual revenue targets
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity, pipeline, and customer interactions
• Travel throughout the assigned territory to build and maintain client relationships

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary: $60,000/year
• Total first-year earning potential: ~$125,000 (base + commission)
• Commission structure tied to rental revenue performance
• Company vehicle or mileage reimbursement

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in the rental industry, specifically with temperature control and/or power generation equipment
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• High school diploma required; 4-year degree preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
