HiFyve is hiring a Process Control Engineer in the Chemical Manufacturing industry!

Salary: $110K-$125K+ bonus

Shift: Monday to Friday, days

Location: Ponca City, OK (relocation availability)

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage and direct instrumentation and process controls activities company-wide.
• Function as discipline lead for applicable capital projects.
• Act as project manager/engineer for I&C capital projects.
• Provide technical support to plants for instrumentation, controls, and DCS issues.
• Develop standard control strategies and establish I&C hardware, software, and system standards.
• Troubleshoot process controls, DCS, and field instrument issues.
• Ensure compliance with industry and safety standards for instrumentation and DCS installations.
• Oversee management and maintenance of Central Data Historian System and plant DCS systems.
• Develop control strategies, logic, and HMI graphics for optimal system performance.
• Assist in training and skill development for plant I&E Technicians.

Education Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical or Electrical preferred).

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• 5-10 years of experience preferred.
• Expertise in Emerson DeltaV DCS is required.
• Experience with PLCs, system interfaces, and OSISoft PI Enterprise Server is strongly recommended.
• Strong project management skills.
• Familiarity with NFPA/NEC codes and HAZOP procedures is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Excel.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of Ethernet networking components and TCP/IP protocol.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or plant environment is strongly recommended.
