HiFyve is hiring a Plant Maintenance Planning Supervisor in the manufacturing/maintenance industry in Calumet City, IL!

Salary: $85K – $100K annually (plus bonus potential)

Shift: Full-Time, Regular

Location: Calumet City, IL

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering OR Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing maintenance (chemical or refinery experience preferred) OR Equivalent relevant military experience

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Strong knowledge of maintenance planning, scheduling, and inventory control
• Familiarity with production processes and mechanical equipment
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to supervise union personnel and navigate collective bargaining agreements
• Knowledge of Process Safety Management (PSM) and safety/environmental regulations
• Ability to wear personal protective equipment, including respirators
• Experience with key maintenance KPIs and continuous improvement methodologies
