HiFyve is hiring 1st Shift CNC Machinists in the Precision Manufacturing industry

Salary: $30+/hour depending on experience

Shift Options:

1st Shift:

Monday – Thursday

6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Friday:

6:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Location: Fridley, MN

This role supports precision machining operations by setting up, programming, and operating CNC equipment to produce high-quality machined components in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Candidates will work with tight-tolerance parts while maintaining quality and production standards. Candidates with strong setup, programming, and leadership experience are preferred.

Job Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings
• Set up, program, and operate CNC machining equipment
• Perform quality inspections using measuring tools
• Make machine adjustments as needed
• Maintain production and quality standards
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
• Assist with troubleshooting and resolving machining issues
• Provide guidance and support to other machinists as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• 5+ years of CNC machining experience preferred
• Strong CNC setup and programming experience required
• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Previous leadership experience or demonstrated leadership abilities preferred
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Ability to troubleshoot machining and equipment issues
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
