HiFyve is hiring a 3rd Shift Electrician!

Salary: $33-36+/hr

Shift: Sunday – Thursday, 11:20 PM – 7:10 AM

Location: Johnson County

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide maintenance support across the entire facility and production environment

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical and electronic control circuits to the component level

• Use electrical/electronic test instruments for diagnostics and problem isolation

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and circuit diagrams

• Perform mechanical repairs as needed in addition to electrical work

• Utilize hand tools and power tools to repair and maintain machinery

• Diagnose and troubleshoot PLC systems, including inputs/outputs and fault analysis

• Work with AC/DC power systems, motor controls, and feedback devices (AC, DC, Servo motors)

• Install and replace VFDs, DC drives, and servo drives; perform programming to factory specs

• Maintain and troubleshoot electrical heating circuits and temperature control systems

• Understand machine sensors and automated control systems

Education Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required

• Technical certificate or degree in Industrial Electrical Systems or related trade preferred

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience

• Strong background in electrical systems, with exposure to mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems

• Ability to read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, and instructions

• Proficient with PLC diagnostics and industrial automation systems

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Ability to safely use hand tools and power tools

• Must have own tools

• Good communication skills and ability to work with a team

• Ability to operate forklifts, scissor lifts, and boom lifts (or obtain certification)

• Must be able to work 3rd shift
