HiFyve is hiring a Process Engineer!


Salary: $65K - $85K/annually

Shift: Day Shift (6am-3pm)

Location: Marinette County, WI


Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations to improve quality, efficiency, and productivity
  • Identify process inefficiencies and quality gaps, then develop structured improvement plans with measurable results
  • Lead Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S, SMED, TPM, and value stream mapping initiatives
  • Partner with production, quality, maintenance, supply chain, and engineering teams to implement process improvements
  • Lead multiple projects simultaneously from concept through implementation, managing scope, timelines, budgets, and risks
  • Develop project plans, milestone tracking, and stakeholder communication updates
  • Support CapEx projects involving new equipment, tooling, automation, and facility improvements
  • Work directly with vendors and contractors to obtain quotes, coordinate services, and support implementation activities
  • Develop and deliver process training for operators, technicians, and production personnel
  • Create and improve visual work instructions, SOPs, and manufacturing documentation
  • Analyze production data and metrics to drive operational decision-making and performance improvements
  • Act as a change agent by influencing teams and driving sustainable operational improvements
  • Mentor team members on continuous improvement methodologies and problem-solving tools
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and customer specifications across all manufacturing processes


Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field required


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment required
  • Metal machining, CNC machining, or automotive component manufacturing experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies required
  • Six Sigma Green Belt required; Black Belt preferred
  • Experience leading continuous improvement initiatives and cross-functional projects
  • Strong project management experience including scope, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis
  • ERP system experience required; SAP experience preferred
  • Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence without direct authority
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work on the manufacturing floor for extended periods as needed
  • Comfortable working in an industrial environment with PPE requirements
