Salary: $29.56–$30.43/hr + $2.00/hr shift differential

Shift: 2nd Shift | Monday–Friday | 3:00 PM–1:00 AM (occasional weekends)

Location: West Middlesex, PA

About the Role

This position supports equipment reliability by performing preventative, planned, and emergency maintenance on production and utility systems in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC-controlled equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance and routine inspections
• Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals
• Support installation and startup of new equipment
• Complete work orders and document repairs accurately
• Follow safety, GMP, and quality standards

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Trade or technical school training preferred (electrical, PLC/HMI, mechanical, welding, refrigeration, plumbing, etc.)
• 4–6 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, PLC, HVAC, and computer-controlled equipment
• Experience with motor control, relay control, process control, and packaging equipment
• Ability to read technical drawings, charts, specifications, and wiring diagrams
• Ability to independently complete complex repairs and projects from planning through installation
• Basic computer skills required
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English
