HiFyve is hiring a Bilingual 2nd Shift Production Supervisor in the manufacturing industry in Minneapolis, MN!

Salary: $65,000 - $75,000/year

Shift: 2nd Shift

Location: Minneapolis, MN

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead and direct 2nd shift production team members to meet quality and production standards safely and efficiently.
• Drive productivity within the department, including timely reporting of variances.
• Audit machine settings, housekeeping, and ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
• Plan production schedules, organize teams, and delegate responsibilities effectively.
• Provide support and maintain engagement among all team members.
• Complete paperwork, including work orders, accurately and promptly.
• Work cross-departmentally to improve communication, teamwork, and overall functionality.
• Assist with food safety, quality programs, and sanitation inspections as required.
• Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and maintain floor presence at least 75% of the time.
• Handle special projects and perform all other duties as assigned by management.

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred.
• Two to five years of progressively responsible related experience required.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• General knowledge of cost-effective manufacturing principles and supervisory management.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operational instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to prepare routine reports.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and familiarity with basic math, including decimals.
• Demonstrated ability to motivate, engage, and effectively lead teams.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is required.
