HiFyve is hiring a Maintenance Manager in the Manufacturing industry!

Salary: $135,000-$150,000

Shift: 1st Shift | On-Call as Needed

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the maintenance team to improve equipment reliability, team performance, and overall plant efficiency.
• Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coach, mentor, and develop maintenance personnel while establishing consistent processes and accountability.
• Lead maintenance transformation, shutdown planning, and equipment reliability initiatives.
• Manage spare parts, maintenance resources, and projects to support reliable plant operations.
• Partner with operations and engineering to troubleshoot equipment, improve processes, and reduce downtime.
• Ensure maintenance activities meet company safety, quality, GMP, and regulatory standards.
• Support capital projects, equipment improvements, and commissioning activities as needed.

Education Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.

Qualifications

Required:

• Minimum 7 years of management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Experience with preventive maintenance and equipment reliability programs.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong understanding of GMP and manufacturing safety requirements.
• Ability to lead teams and achieve results through others.

Preferred:

• Food and beverage manufacturing experience.
• PLC and industrial automation experience.
• Experience with maintenance transformation and continuous improvement.
• Experience with shutdown planning and spare parts management.
