HiFyve is hiring an Account Executive in St. Paul, MN!

Salary: $60,000–$79,000 per year + commission

Shift: M–Th 6a–3p | Fri 6a–Noon

Location: St. Paul, MN

What You’ll Be Doing:

As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for selling quality stampings, tooling, and custom metal fabrication solutions to industrial companies. This is a client-facing role focused on building, managing, and expanding customer relationships. You’ll partner with clients to understand their business needs, present tailored solutions, and drive revenue growth while supporting the company’s overall sales strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of key accounts and serve as the primary point of contact
  • Prospect, qualify, and develop new business opportunities
  • Conduct discovery meetings, presentations, and solution demonstrations
  • Understand client needs and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions
  • Present quotes, proposals, and contracts to support the sales process
  • Track pipeline activity and maintain accurate CRM documentation
  • Analyze customer trends and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Provide customer feedback to support product and service improvements
  • Resolve customer concerns and ensure a high standard of client satisfaction
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • 2–5 years of experience in account management, sales, or business development
  • Previous experience in a B2B environment
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills
  • Experience setting up and delivering presentations onsite and virtually
  • Skilled in negotiation, closing techniques, and solution-based selling
  • Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce or similar platforms)
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments
  • Comfortable learning technical or product-specific information
  • Professional demeanor with a customer-first mindset

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to sit, stand, and work at a computer for extended periods
  • Clear verbal communication and cognitive ability to manage complex tasks
  • Ability to travel for client meetings, events, or trade shows as required
