Shift Options:

• 2nd Shift: 4 PM – 12 AM
• 3rd Shift: 12 AM- 8 AM

Pay:

• $26–$32/hr 

We are seeking experienced Process Technicians with a strong background in plastics injection molding. This role focuses on machine setup, process optimization, and ensuring high-quality production output. Ideal candidates will be skilled in starting up machines, dialing in processes for efficiency, and troubleshooting molding issues.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Set up and start injection molding machines to achieve optimal processing conditions.
• Dial in and adjust processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and consistency of parts.
• Monitor machine performance using production and inspection documentation.
• Troubleshoot processing and tooling issues to minimize downtime and scrap.
• Perform routine machine and tooling checks to ensure proper operation.
• Work closely with operators and setup personnel to maintain production standards.
• Maintain accurate production and process documentation.
• Assist with programming and setup of press-top robots (Wittmann).
• Ensure adherence to all safety and quality standards.
• Recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Equipment Used

• Injection molding machines including Nissei, Toshiba, Toyo, and Engel
• Wittmann robots (press-top automation)

Education & Experience Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Hands-on experience with injection molding processing of various materials

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Strong experience in injection molding process setup and optimization
• Ability to troubleshoot molding, material, and tooling issues
• Experience working with different types of injection molding machines
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
• Familiarity with assembly and molding equipment operation
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced production environment
