HiFyve is hiring a Maintenance Technician II in the industrial services industry in St. Charles, MO!

Salary: Up to $32/hour

Shift: 2nd Shift, 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM (occasional overtime)

Location: St. Charles, MO

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Repair, maintain, install, and troubleshoot a variety of industrial equipment, systems, and components.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to minimize equipment downtime.
• Conduct welding activities such as MIG, TIG, ARC, cutting, and brazing.
• Perform boiler chemical testing and make appropriate adjustments.
• Identify, evaluate, and monitor work performed by internal teams and external service providers.
• Resolve safety concerns and ensure compliance with workplace safety procedures.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and manage parts and supply inventory.
• Respond to emergency alarms and address equipment issues quickly.
• Mentor and assist junior maintenance technicians to support team development.

Education Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience repairing industrial processing equipment in a manufacturing, production, or military environment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and maintenance documentation in English.
• Basic computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of boilers and HVAC systems preferred.
• Proficiency in welding activities (MIG, TIG, ARC, cutting, brazing).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to stand for up to 7 hours during an 8-hour shift.
