PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR - 2ND SHIFT

St. Cloud, MN direct hire

Schedule: 2nd Shift, 2:30 PM to 11:30 PM, Monday to Friday

Pay: $70,000 to $85,000+ per year depending on experience

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

A Fortune 500 facility services company is adding a Production Supervisor to lead and direct the production team at its St. Cloud, MN plant. This is a hands-on management role with accountability for daily production flow and bottom-line results on a fast-paced 2nd shift.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Hire, train and direct team members performing entry-level production roles on the shift

Meet daily productivity and quality requirements

Maintain inventory control

Maintain safety in the plant, train team members on company safety policies and ensure compliance with OSHA standards and regulations

Build and reinforce a culture of safety across the location

Own daily production flow and shift results

WHAT YOU NEED

Bachelor's degree highly desired (the client is strongly prioritizing degreed candidates); High School Diploma or GED required at minimum

Valid driver's license

Ability to handle the physical requirements of the position, including repeated bending, stretching, twisting and lifting

Ability to set and prioritize goals

Availability to start within two weeks after an offer is made and accepted
