HiFyve has a client in Northwest, IA that is hiring for a Sr. Plant Manager in the Food / Beverage manufacturing industry.

• $130K-$155K + 15% Bonus Target

Requirements:

• Plant Management experience in the Food / Beverage manufacturing industry is a MUST
• Servant Leadership style, will need to repair culture & turnover
• Seeking a candidate that has worked under a General Manager with a local leadership model; someone responsible for direction and results of the business; experience working with a local team; creating business plans and delivering upon those expectations
• Financial acumen – budgets, executing budgets, getting results through direct reports
• There is a lot of technical knowledge in plant; seeking a people-focused, servant leadership mindset, focused on people 1st and building the environment with fundamentals – environment where people want to come to work
• A candidate that has managed multi-departments in a plant
• Fill-rate goals/achievements
• Safety
