Salary: $24.00/hr - $30.00/hr based on experience

Shift: Day Shift

Location: Harpster, Ohio

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on industrial machinery including mechanical, electrical, and conveying systems
• Conduct preventative and predictive maintenance on processing equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues and identify root causes
• Repair or replace components such as motors, belts, chains, gearboxes, and electrical systems
• Perform basic electrical work including wiring, testing, and component installation
• Complete scheduled inspections and conveyor system maintenance
• Maintain tools and ensure a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all safety, food safety, and biosecurity procedures and report any concerns

Education Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• Technical or trade school training in maintenance, mechanical, HVAC, welding, or electrical (preferred)
