Salary: $65-85K/yr
Shift: 1st Shift M-F (hours may vary based on production needs)

Job Duties and Responsibilities
Set daily, weekly, and monthly production objectives and communicate them clearly to employees.
Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules to ensure efficient operations.
Oversee and coach production employees to maintain productivity and quality standards.
Monitor production output to ensure compliance with specifications and company requirements.
Submit reports on production performance and progress to leadership.
Identify efficiency issues and recommend process improvements.
Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards across all operations.
Supervise 20–30 employees, including production operators and support staff.
Plan and direct manufacturing and assembly activities under the guidance of the Plant Manager.
Evaluate resource needs and ensure proper allocation for production success.
Identify departmental challenges and communicate solutions to leadership.
Maintain accountability for achieving production goals and objectives.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or in a similar leadership role.
Strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Experience with manufacturing machinery, tools, and production processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to develop and maintain accurate records and reports.
Effective time and material management to ensure on-time delivery of quality products.
Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships across departments and with customers.
Education and Experience
High School Diploma with relevant manufacturing experience required.
New college graduates with technical, engineering, or related degrees are encouraged to apply.
Experience in metal fabrication and welded assemblies preferred.
