Salary: $29/hr + Bonuses

Location: Shelby, OH

Position Overview:

We are hiring an experienced Journeyman Electrician to support industrial manufacturing operations in a high-volume plant environment. This role is hands-on and technically driven, focused on troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining complex electrical and mechanical systems that support production, utilities, and facility operations. Ideal candidates bring strong industrial electrical experience, PLC and drive troubleshooting skills, and a safety-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair industrial electrical systems and equipment
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and control system issues
• Install and maintain power, lighting, control circuits, and conduit
• Read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics
• Troubleshoot and support PLCs, motors, drives, sensors, and control components
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment
• Support machine installs, upgrades, and reliability improvements
• Train and support maintenance apprentices as needed
• Follow Arc Flash and plant safety standards



Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• State Certified Journeyman Electrician
• Completion of a state-approved 4-year Maintenance Electrician Apprenticeship
• Strong industrial electrical troubleshooting experience
• Experience with PLCs, drives, motors, and industrial controls
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
