Salary: $80,000–$100,000/year

About the Role

This role oversees production operations across multiple facilities, driving safety, quality, and efficiency while managing labor planning and fulfillment performance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee all production employees and temporary staff
• Plan jobs and allocate labor based on priority levels
• Generate and analyze labor and production reports within WMS systems
• Communicate daily with staffing agencies to coordinate labor needs
• Coordinate setup and breakdown of production lines
• Monitor plant efficiency using lean manufacturing methodologies
• Assign work to Leads and coach them on production goals and labor planning
• Train Leads and staff on inventory/warehouse management systems
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards
• Support continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience in manufacturing, fulfillment, or production leadership
• Strong understanding of labor planning, scheduling, and efficiency metrics
• Experience with warehouse management systems (Nulogy preferred)
• Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma experience preferred
• Bilingual skills preferred
• Strong communication, math, and Microsoft Office skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
