HiFyve is hiring a Quality Manager in the Manufacturing industry!
Salary: $90K - $120K/yearly plus 10% bonus (Based on Experience)

Location: On-site Greater Fond Du Lac, WI area
Position Overview:
The Quality Manager is responsible for leading all product safety, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance initiatives within a manufacturing facility. This role oversees the development and execution of preventative quality systems, ensures compliance with specifications and food safety standards, and partners with operations to maintain product excellence. The Quality Manager will lead QA personnel, manage audits and certifications, investigate customer complaints, and drive continuous improvement across quality programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and implement the facility’s Quality Assurance Program in alignment with company policies and procedures
- Develop and maintain preventative quality systems to ensure product safety and regulatory compliance
- Establish and monitor quality specifications for finished products, in-process testing, ingredients, and raw materials
- Recruit, train, coach, and supervise QA personnel while building strong development programs and SOP training
- Manage laboratory operations, budgets, and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Investigate customer complaints, provide analytical findings, and support resolution efforts
- Partner with operations on product development, testing, and process improvements
- Oversee management of off-spec inventory, including rework scheduling and material disposition
- Maintain compliance with FDA regulations, HACCP, GMP, Kosher, and Halal certification programs
- Conduct internal, vendor, and contract manufacturing audits
- Analyze quality, lab, and production data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement
- Support sanitation programs, pest control coordination, and quality training for production staff
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- 5+ years of Quality Assurance Management experience in a manufacturing environment
- Preferred experience within food-grade manufacturing facilities
- Strong knowledge of laboratory testing procedures and quality systems
- Experience with FDA compliance, HACCP, GMP, and regulatory standards
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience managing QA teams
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments
- Proficiency with computer software applications and data analysis tools
