HiFyve is hiring a Penetrant Inspector in the Manufacturing industry in Watertown, WI!

Pay Rate: $21.22–$26.54/hr (+ $0.50/hr Shift Premium)

Location: Watertown, WI

Shift Options:

2nd Shift: 1:00 pm – 9:00 pm (Monday–Friday)

3rd Shift: 9:00 pm – 5:00 am (Sunday night–Friday morning)

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform liquid penetrant and magnetic particle inspections on castings as required by customer or military specifications.
• Interpret purchase orders, shop cards, and blueprints to determine inspection requirements.
• Make critical accept/reject decisions on castings based on required specifications.
• Maintain inspection booths, penetrant/magnetic particle areas, and all related equipment.
• Report all issues regarding non-conforming materials directly to the Quality Manager.
• Maintain accurate inspection logs and process records.
• Assist in other Quality Department functions and work in other areas of the facility as needed.

Education Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Certification: Must be certified per SNT-TC-1A Level II by a qualified Level III.
• Experience: Up to three months of on-the-job training for individuals with the specified trade knowledge to meet quality standards (prior experience is required).
