About the Role

This role supports daily production operations by maintaining short-term schedules, ensuring work order readiness, and coordinating across departments to keep production running efficiently and on time.

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain and update daily and weekly production schedules
• Assist in creating batch and filling schedules based on demand and material availability
• Coordinate with Manufacturing, Filling, Quality, and Supply Chain on schedule execution and changes
• Review work orders for readiness, including raw materials and packaging availability
• Support production KPI tracking and scheduling reports
• Ensure accuracy of schedule and work order data in systems
• Identify opportunities to improve scheduling efficiency and stability
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within production planning
• Follow ISO-related documentation and scheduling requirements
• Maintain safety standards, PPE compliance, and report any concerns
• Participate in meetings, audits, and production-related activities
• Perform additional duties as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• At least 1 year of manufacturing experience
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
• Solid math skills and attention to detail
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with ERP systems preferred
• Problem-solving and critical thinking ability
• Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and dependability
• Self-motivated and open to feedback
• Fluent in English; additional language skills a plus
