HiFyve is hiring a Fabricator in the manufacturing industry in Ocala, FL!

Pay: $23.00–$27.00 per hour, based on experience

Location: Ocala, FL

Schedule: Full-time, day shift

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Fabricate and assemble components for water meter testing systems, including test benches and mobile platforms
• Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to meet project requirements
• Operate tools and equipment such as drill presses, belt sanders, band saws, grinders, and ironworkers
• Perform welding and other metal-joining processes as needed
• Conduct quality checks to ensure components meet specifications and design standards
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve fabrication processes
• Maintain a clean and safe work area in accordance with company safety protocols

Education Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Technical training in fabrication or a related field preferred

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• 3+ years of experience in metal fabrication
• 3+ years of welding experience
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Proficiency with a variety of hand and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship
• Able to work independently and within a team environment
• Excellent problem-solving and time management skills
