Salary: $65K-$70K + 10% Bonus

Shift: 2nd Shift (2:00 PM – 11:30 PM)

About the Role

This role provides hands-on leadership for second-shift production operations, ensuring safety, quality, and daily production goals are met in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. There are several openings for this position on second shift due to ongoing operational needs.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct production employees to meet daily output, quality, and safety goals
• Monitor production processes and equipment to ensure efficient, safe, and sanitary operations
• Promote and enforce safety, GMP, food safety, and quality standards
• Coordinate production schedules and ensure materials are staged for upcoming runs
• Investigate incidents, support safety meetings, and partner with HR as needed
• Coach, train, and develop team members; complete performance reviews and timekeeping
• Drive continuous improvement, cost control, and operational efficiency
• Maintain compliance with company policies, union agreements (if applicable), and regulations

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; related degree preferred
• 2–5 years of manufacturing experience, food or beverage preferred
• Prior team lead or supervisory experience
• Strong understanding of production flow and continuous improvement concepts
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic manufacturing systems
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• English fluency required
