HiFyve is hiring a Quality Manager located in Dayton, OH!

Salary: $85K- $100K Annually + Bonus Opportunities

Schedule: Onsite / Day Shift Schedule

Location: Dayton, OH

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee 1-2 Direct Reports
• Oversee 8-10 Indirect Reports
• Validate quality processes by establishing product specifications and quality attributes
• Measure production
• Document evidence
• Determine operational and performance qualification
• Write and update quality assurance procedures 
• Maintain and improve product quality by completing product, company, system, compliance and surveillance audits 
• Investigate customer complaints

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Quality, Project Management, or Business Management

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Minimum 5+ years hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment with proven Quality Management System skillsets
• Experience Leading and Developing Teams
• Excellent grasp and understanding Statistical Process Control
• Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and ISO Certifications Preferred
• Advanced knowledge of HACCP and GMP's.
• Customer Experience Mindset to drive external solutions forward
