HiFyve is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor in the Industrial Services industry in Pittsburg, CA!

Salary: $90,000 - $120,000+ per year

Shift: 1st Shift

Location: Pittsburg, CA

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance activities to ensure reliability of production and facility equipment, including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Manage and schedule preventive maintenance and facility work assignments.
• Develop and implement safety protocols and processes.
• Oversee budgets related to building, equipment, capital expenditures, parts, and labor.
• Prepare and maintain maintenance reports.
• Identify and negotiate with parts suppliers and service companies.
• Train, supervise, and mentor the maintenance team while maintaining staffing levels.
• Utilize maintenance management systems for planning, scheduling, and tracking activities.

Education Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Minimum 5 years of experience repairing industrial processing equipment in an industrial environment or military setting.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in maintenance operations.
• Proficient in equipment knowledge, including wiring, plumbing, and machinery.
• Strong understanding of maintenance management, budgeting, and vendor relations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to read technical blueprints.
• Preferred qualifications include boiler and HVAC knowledge, welding skills (MIG, TIG, ARC), and reliability certifications (CPMM or CRMP).
