HiFyve is hiring a Compact Sales Specialist in the heavy equipment industry in Spokane, WA!

Salary: Up to $130,000/year

Shift: Flexible

Location: Hybrid (Spokane, WA)

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Sell and rent new and used compact equipment including mini excavators, loaders, and attachments

• Develop and manage a territory to drive profitable sales and rental growth

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to increase long-term business

• Identify customer needs and recommend equipment solutions

• Conduct on-site equipment demonstrations, inspections, and technical support

• Prepare quotes, negotiate pricing, and close sales agreements

• Maintain accurate records in CRM and track sales activities

• Attend training sessions and sales meetings to stay current on products and promotions

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Additional education in sales, business, or related field is a plus

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Experience in heavy or compact equipment sales or related industry preferred

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems

• High level of motivation and ability to meet sales targets

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Ability to travel locally and perform on-site customer visits
