Job Summary:

HiFyve is hiring a Manufacturing Engineer (Fabrication Focus) for a heavy industrial manufacturing facility in Riverside, Missouri. This role is ideal for a hands-on manufacturing engineer who enjoys being on the shop floor and supporting fabrication, welding, and machining operations involving large, complex assemblies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support fabrication, machining, welding, painting, and assembly operations
• Develop and improve manufacturing processes, standard work, and PFMEAs
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions to reduce scrap and rework
• Create and maintain mechanical drawings and process documentation
• Manage engineering and process change control
• Specify tooling, fixtures, and capital equipment to improve quality and efficiency
• Partner closely with production, quality, suppliers, and customers



Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• Manufacturing engineering experience in a fabrication-heavy environment
• Strong ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and GD&T
• Experience supporting weldments, fixturing, and shop floor operations
• Familiarity with welding standards (AWS preferred; NAVSEA a plus)
• Experience with AutoDesk Inventor and Microsoft Office
• Self-directed, analytical, and comfortable leading cross-functional efforts
