HiFyve is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor in the Food & Beverage manufacturing industry!


Salary: $90,000-$105,000/year + 5% Bonus

Shift: Night Shift | Sunday-Thursday | 6:00 PM-4:00 AM

Location: Relocation Assistance Available + Sign-On Bonus

About the Role

This leadership role is responsible for overseeing night shift maintenance operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The Maintenance Supervisor will lead and develop a team of technicians while driving equipment reliability, preventive maintenance completion, safety, and overall plant uptime.


Job Responsibilities

• Lead, train, coach, and develop a maintenance team of 6-8 direct reports

• Schedule maintenance staff and prioritize daily maintenance activities

• Ensure completion of preventative and predictive maintenance work orders

• Troubleshoot and support maintenance activities involving PLCs, pumps, valves, conveyor systems, and electrical equipment

• Support welding, mechanical, and electrical maintenance activities across the facility

• Maintain maintenance inventory, spare parts, and supplies to support operations

• Drive equipment uptime and reduce unplanned downtime through effective maintenance practices

• Ensure compliance with all safety policies, GMPs, and plant procedures

• Assist with root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives

• Partner with production and plant leadership to support operational goals


Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

• 4+ years of maintenance or related experience with demonstrated leadership aptitude

• Minimum of 2 years of previous supervisory experience

• Previous experience in food, beverage, or pharmaceutical manufacturing required

• Strong electrical troubleshooting and maintenance skills

• Experience working with PLCs, conveyor systems, pumps, and valves

• Experience leading and following safety policies and procedures

• Strong communication, team leadership, and organizational skills
