HiFyve is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor located in Genoa, NE!

Pay Range: $40 to $50 per hour + Overtime

Schedule: Onsite / Day Shift Schedule

Location: Genoa, NE (Relocation Assistance Available)

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and Manage a Team of 8 Direct Reports
• Display a clear subject matter expertise with all core aspects of equipment maintenance ranging from Mechanical, Hydraulic, Pneumatic, and High Voltage Electrical Troubleshooting
• Manage aspects of personnel and labor management for department
• Work with Plant Leadership to develop and maintain CAPEX Quarterly programs
• Manage and Track work orders using company CMMS tool
• Maintain log support of issues and requests
• Act as a Plant Safety Champion
• Spearhead new equipment install projects derived from CAPEX programs
• Partner with internal HR and Finance functions to develop hiring and employee upskill and development plans

Education Requirements:

• Minimum 8+ years of Manufacturing Maintenance Experience (Heavy Machinery is Strongly Preferred)
• Minimum 3+ years of Manufacturing Leadership Experience (Heavy Machinery is Strongly Preferred)
• A.A.S. Degree in Trades or related programs strongly preferred
