Front Desk Receptionist

Description
Greets all visitors (clients, vendors, delivery personnel, etc.) and directs each visitor appropriately.
Answers main switchboard and routes calls to the proper person and/or voice mail for multiple office locations.
Coordinates Lunch and Learns with vendors (scheduling room space, tracking attendees, overseeing delivery and setup of lunch).
Orders all general office supplies.
Receives and distributes inbound mail and handles outbound mail and packages.
May provide ancillary support for clerical projects as needed.
Qualifications:
No previous experience required.
Must have clear speaking voice and communication skills.
Accepts direction and supervision and must work well with others.
Computer competency. Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Calendar, Teams, Avaya Phone System).
