Front Desk Receptionist

Description

  • Greets all visitors (clients, vendors, delivery personnel, etc.) and directs each visitor appropriately.
  • Answers main switchboard and routes calls to the proper person and/or voice mail for multiple office locations. 
  • Coordinates Lunch and Learns with vendors (scheduling room space, tracking attendees, overseeing delivery and setup of lunch).
  • Orders all general office supplies.
  • Receives and distributes inbound mail and handles outbound mail and packages.
  • May provide ancillary support for clerical projects as needed.


Qualifications:

  • No previous experience required.
  • Must have clear speaking voice and communication skills.
  • Accepts direction and supervision and must work well with others.
  • Computer competency. Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Calendar, Teams, Avaya Phone System).
