The Opportunity

Spirehouse is working with an established Warwickshire law firm to recruit a Residential Conveyancer for their friendly team.

The Role

The Residential Conveyancer will handle the legal aspects of property transactions from initiation to completion.

You will be responsible for delivering a smooth, efficient, and professional service, ensuring all transactions comply with current legislation and best practice.

The role will include the purchase and sale of part-exchange properties as well as the sale of new build plots.

Requirements

• Experienced residential conveyancer, able to manage a caseload independently
• Understanding of freehold and leasehold property transactions and the conveyancing process.
• Good basic IT skills, able to use a case management system
• Commercial approach to client service and effective at building relationships
