Spirehouse are currently recruiting for a Employee Relations Officer on behalf of a Public Sector organisation in Hertfordshire.
The Opportunity
ER Officer required for a period of 12 months, working closely with colleagues to provide proactive support and advice on a full range of ER casework.
The successful candidate will deal with a full range of ER casework to include sickness management, grievances, disciplinaries and redeployment, at operational level.
Liaison with Trade Unions will be required.

- 12-month fixed term contract
- 30 hours per week (Flexible working)
- Hybrid working – On site for ER meetings when required
- £37,000 per annum (pro rata)
