Spirehouse are currently supporting a midlands based Local Authority in need of a Income Recovery Officer.
The Opportunity
This is a great interim opportunity to join a highly efficient and professional service that places itself in a strong position to meet the challenges and demands of maximising income collection and sustaining tenancies at every opportunity.
The successful candidate will have:
- A Social Housing background and additionally experience in Income Recovery/Income Management
- Knowledge of local Authority
- Excellent customer service skills along with communicational skills
- A good working knowledge of universal credit
- 2 years minimum experience of working within an Income department (Rent arrears, income collection or recovery)
Further information:
- Start ASAP
- 1 Months Temporary (Strong chance of extension)
- £16.50 per hour via Umbrella (Negotiable on experience)
- Full time working pattern – 37 hours
Requirements:
- Full UK driver licence with access to a vehicle
- Previous experience within this remit
