Locum Corporate Solicitor with a specialism in banking and finance required on a remote basis on behalf of a Tier 1 ranked L500 firm. 

The Opportunity:

The role is to handle banking and finance transactions, covering whilst the firm recruits permanently at Senior Associate Level.

You will be confident in providing clear, practical, and commercially focused advice on banking and finance law.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

• Advising lenders, borrowers, and corporate clients on a wide range of banking and finance transactions
• This may include bilateral and syndicated loans, acquisition finance, project finance, real estate finance, and refinancing.
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating key finance documentation such as facility agreements, security documents, intercreditor agreements, and corporate authorisations.
• Supporting corporate transactions (including M&A and private equity deals)
• Undertaking due diligence on financing arrangements and assessing risk profiles for clients.
• Managing transactions from instruction through to completion, liaising with counterparties, counsel, and other advisers to ensure smooth delivery.
