Spirehouse are currently recruiting for a Senior HR Advisor on behalf of a Public Sector organisation based in Leicestershire.
The Opportunity
Senior HR Advisor required to provide an effective and efficient HR service to staff members.
This is a generalist role providing advice and guidance to line managers on a range people issues to include conduct, disciplinaries & grievances, and HR policies.
Alongside this, there is a requirement to engage with key stakeholders including recognised trade unions.

Requirements
- CIPD level 5 or equivalent
- Experience as a HR Generalist
