Spirehouse are currently recruiting for a HR Business Partner on behalf of a Public Sector organisation in Dudley.


The Opportunity


Our client is looking for an experienced and proactive Interim HR Business Partner to provide strategic and operational HR leadership within a growing multi-academy trust.


You will work closely with the executive team and a dispersed HR function to support ongoing operations, provide expertise on complex HR matters, and strengthen systems and processes during a period of organisational transition.


This is an opportunity to make an immediate impact, supporting 15 schools with expert advice, leading key HR initiatives, and ensuring best practice across the Trust. Our client is looking for someone to come in and take charge of the implementation of processes/templates alongside policies and procedures.


There will be some involvement in the TUPE process when bringing on another school in the next few months and some general ER work.

  • Interim until February 2026
  • Date rate negotiable depending upon experience via umbrella
  • Flexible Hybrid working

Requirements


  • CIPD
  • Education experience
  • A strong understanding of schools/school trusts, HR and can implement processes/templates alongside policies
  • Experience with TUPE and complex casework.
