Senior Employment Solicitor sort for a leading Birmingham law firm.

We’re looking for an experienced employment lawyer to join a market-leading HR/Employment team. This is a great chance to join a highly ranked, ambitious team and play a key role in its growth.

The Opportunity

This is an excellent opportunity to manage a mixed caseload of contentious and non-contentious employment work, including:

• Advising on redundancy, disciplinary matters, grievances, whistleblowing, and discrimination issues
• Conducting and defending Employment Tribunal claims
• Supporting change and restructuring projects
• Drafting articles, legal updates, and contributing to training and business development initiatives

Requirements

• 5+ years PQE with proven experience managing your own caseload
• Strong technical knowledge of employment law and Industrial Relations projects
• Experience in Employment Tribunal claims
• Interest in business development and client relationship building
