The Opportunity

Spirehouse is working with a well-respected Leicestershire law firm to recruit a Commercial Property Lawyer for their well-established and friendly team in central Leicester. 

Notably, our client is open to applicants from a residential conveyancing background who would be keen to develop experience within commercial conveyancing.

The Role

Acting on behalf of companies and individuals, this role will manage sales and purchases, landlord and tenant, leases and investment property portfolios. You will support those seeking guidance on taking their first lease of a small shop through to large industrial units, hotels, offices, bars and restaurants.

This team is a thriving business with loyal clients. This law firm offers a traditional approach with a friendly and stable team.

There are realistic targets and caseloads will be build gradually.

Requirements

• Minimum requirement is 2 years' experience running your own files independently. 
• Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers and Chartered Legal Executives are all encouraged to apply
• Commercial conveyancing experience would be advantageous but not essential. 
• Working within a target driven environment
