The Opportunity 

Spirehouse is working with a well-respected and long established firm with offices located across Worcestershire.

The firm are seeking to recruit a Company Commercial Solicitor for their Worcester office, in a role which offers a clear pathway to Partnership.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a firm with a strong, longstanding client base and a supportive team.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage a caseload of corporate and commercial matters, to include approximately 40% commercial property.
• Provide expert guidance on freehold and leasehold commercial property and associated finance matters.
• Business sales and acquisitions.
• Company share sales and company restructuring as well as company administration.
• Landlord and tenant matters.
• Team management.

Requirements 

• Qualified solicitor (England & Wales) with 7+ years’ PQE in company commercial law
• Previous management experience is desirable but not essential
