Spirehouse are currently recruiting for a Senior HR Generalist on behalf of a Public Sector organisation in Bradford.
The Opportunity
The client is looking for an experienced HR Generalist to lead on HR within a school.
The successful candidate will support the implementation of the Trust’s HR policies and procedures through the management of ER casework, liaising with trade union representatives and escalating cases when appropriate.
Providing advice and guidance to leaders throughout the organisation on a full range of people related issues.
