Spirehouse are currently recruiting for a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor or CILEX on behalf a successful law firm in East Sussex, on a permanent basis.
This role offers a clear path to Directorship within two years. As such the firm are seeking an experienced, dedicated and ambitious individual.
The Opportunity
In this role you join a small team and manage a caseload of residential conveyancing matters from initial instruction to post completion, with secretarial support. Matters will include, but are not limited to, sales and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties, re-mortgages, new builds, right to buy and buy to let.
Full and part-time applicants will be considered. Starting salary will be dependent on experience and is expected to be in the region of £40,000 - £45,000 per annum.
Requirements
Able to handle a residential property caseload autonomously
Solicitor or CILEX qualification is preferable, although non-qualified applicants will be considered
A positive, ‘can do’ attitude
Strong communication skills
