Property Litigation Solicitor sought for a leading law firm in Bristol.

The Opportunity

Spirehouse are partnered with a Top 100 law firm that is seeking a solid Property Litigation Solicitor to join their established team in their Bristol office.

The Role:

This is an excellent opportunity to join a knowledgeable, inclusive and friendly team, that have been involved in a number of high profile cases.

You will work with a variety of clients from SME’s, international companies and private individuals.

Day to day, you will have a varied caseload, including work such as:

• Dilapidations and alterations
• Service charge and rent review disputes
• Boundary and contractual disputes
• Restrictive covenants, benefits and burden issues

The team pride themselves with an excellent mediation record, with a particular focus on resolving property disputes without court proceedings.

The Candidate:

• Qualified Solicitor with a PQE of up to 3 years (England & Wales)
• Demonstrable experience in either Property or Commercial Litigation
