Spirehouse are currently recruiting for a HR Lead on behalf of a Public Sector organisation in Manchester.
About the role
The role involves leading the HR function within the organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for updating and implementing HR policies in line with upcoming changes in employment law, managing employee relations (including grievances and union matters), supporting organisational growth (including TUPE transfers), and helping to develop and drive a comprehensive people strategy.
The position requires hands-on involvement in complex HR queries while also providing strategic guidance to ensure best practice.
There is flexibility regarding contract type (permanent or interim), working hours (full-time or part-time).
