Residential Property Solicitor sought for East London Legal 500 firm.

The Opportunity

Spirehouse are partnered with a highly regarded, multi-office, Legal 500 law firm in East London who are seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join their established Property team.

The Role

You will handle a broad range of residential property matters from instruction to completion, including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Remortgages and transfers of equity
• Shared ownership and new build transactions
• Lease extensions and enfranchisement matters

You’ll work within a collaborative team that values efficiency, client care, and high-quality service delivery.

If of interest, there will be opportunities to contribute to business development initiatives.

The Ideal Candidate

• Qualified Solicitor with at least 4 years’ PQE in residential property law
• Strong technical knowledge and excellent attention to detail
