Spirehouse are currently recruiting for a HR Business Partner on behalf of a Public Sector organisation in Buckinghamshire.
The Opportunity
The client is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner on a 12 month fixed term contract.
This is a generalist business partnering position with a focus on ER casework and absence management.
Alongside this, there is a requirement to complete several staff surveys throughout the year, analysing results and reporting findings to senior management.
There will also be a requirement to write and deliver training on HR related matters.
