KEY RESPONSIBILITIES, JOB DUTIES, and COMPETENCIES:

1. Collaborate with Customers', Operations, and Engineering personnel to ensure the fulfillment of customer requirements.
2. Provide support for the development, implementation, and management of corporate strategies concerning Measurlink and measurement strategies.
3. Assist in the development, implementation, and management of corporate strategies for process documentation, including Process Flow Diagrams, PFMEA, Control Plans, and Inspection Plans.
4. Hold the authority to halt shipments and production to address and rectify quality issues.
5. Assist in developing process documentation, including Process Flow Diagrams, PFMEA, Control Plans, and Inspection Plans.
6. Support data collection for Gage R&R, MSA, Bias/linearity/stability studies.
7. Proficient in programming CMMs and Measurlink software.
8. Interpret and apply Statistical Process Control (SPC).
9. Provide support for calibration activities as required.



QUALIFICATIONS and EDUCATION:

1. Possess an Associates or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. Equivalent work experience in quality will be considered if a college degree is not held.
2. Strongly prefer experience working with a certified quality management system.
3. Demonstrated track record of fostering continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment.
4. Preferred experience in the automotive and/or machining industries.
5. Prefer IATF 16949 & AIAG Core Tools training.
6. Exceptional mechanical aptitude and robust problem-solving skills.
7. Basic knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
8. Preferred experience in CMM programming
